Hi Sophie

Good to have you back - and pleased to hear all is well and you have had a lovely break away in Wales.

Sorry to hear your knee is playing up, is there a course of action on it ?

Love Julia xx BigGrin

Hi Sophie

Good to hear from you again Smile Abersoch is such a lovely place, as are many of the welsh towns, glad you were able to enjoy the break.

You and I will have to form a 'knee club' as we both seem to be struggling! My 'bad' knee has caused my 'good' knee to go into decline so I'm suffering a fair bit Sad Going up and down stairs is something of a feat but necessary, unfortunately! Off to the hospital next Friday so hopefully they will offer some advice and a way forward. Hope you are able to get some relief from your knee problem soon.

Take care,

Lyn x
